Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

We (Modus10) do not accept returns or exchanges and no refunds are allowed at any time. We sell custom made products that are produced specifically for your order.

Custom Products Orders:

Custom products orders are sent to production immediately upon order placement. Products are produced as you specify.  This is the reason why the item(s) you ordered cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
