Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

We (Modus10) do not accept returns or exchanges. No refunds are allowed. We sell custom made products that are produced specifically for your order. Products carry manufacturers' warranty, which is honored directly to  you by the manufacturer. If any product has a manufacturing defect, we will assist you with your manufacturer warranty claim.  

Order Cancellation:

Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will have 3 days from the time you receive your confirmation to alter or cancel your order.  You must notify us in writing to make changes to your order or cancel your order.  After the 3-day period has passed, no cancellation or changes to your order is allowed.
